ご利用規約・返却について
The same terms you confirm at the last step of a booking. Nothing here is hidden until checkout — read it before you come, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Returning your kimono · 返却方法

No cleaning needed
Return the garment as you wore it. Cleaning and pressing are ours to handle — please do not wash or iron anything yourself.
Reservation
Reservations are highly recommended. Walk-ins are accepted only if a photographer is available.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Weather Policy
Photoshoots proceed in light rain or snow unless unsafe. In heavy rain you may reschedule for free.
Photo Delivery
Original JPEG: same day. Retouched: 10–14 days. Download link valid for 1 month.
RAW Files
Available upon request. Bring your own SD card and notify before the session.
Payment
Cash prices shown. Card payments +10% surcharge.
Large Groups
20+ people: contact us for a customized quotation.
Liability
Kimono Rental ANN is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of personal belongings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking (72 hours for bookings with photo service).
Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% refund (24–72 hours for photo service).
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
One free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Heavy rain? Reschedule for free.
Refunds go back to your original card within 5–10 business days.
We hold your reservation for 30 minutes after your booking time.
Deposit · お預かり金
When a deposit applies
A 30% deposit is taken at booking only when a guest chooses "decide at shop" instead of picking an outfit in advance — we estimate that guest at $34 for the calculation. If everyone in your party has chosen an outfit, nothing is charged until the visit day.
