1. Who we are

KIMONO RENTAL ANN is operated by JV MEDIA LLC (ＪＶＭＥＤＩＡ合同会社), Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo, Japan (registration no. T7010603009307). Contact: info@kimonorental-ann.com.

2. What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone, social/messaging handle, preferred language, visit date and time, number of guests, chosen outfits and services, notes you leave us.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep Stripe's payment reference and the amount paid.
• Account (optional): an email and password if you choose to create one to view your bookings.
• Usage data: standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and cookies described below.

3. Why we use it

• To hold your reservation, prepare outfits and staff for your visit, and contact you about it (confirmation, reminders, changes, receipts).
• To take deposits and payments and issue receipts required by Japanese tax law.
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat or email when you reach out to us.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising (see cookies).

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — our staff calendar (booking time, guest name and services are placed in an internal Google Calendar shared with our staff) and Google Ads conversion measurement.
• Meta — Meta Pixel for advertising measurement on Facebook/Instagram.
• Email delivery provider — to send booking confirmations and receipts.

We do not sell your personal data. Providers above process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (login session, shopping cart) and advertising/analytics cookies from Google and Meta. You can block cookies in your browser; the booking form still works.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by Japanese accounting and tax law (generally 7 years). Marketing measurement data is kept as long as the provider retains it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to marketing use, by emailing info@kimonorental-ann.com. We reply within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Staff access booking data only as needed to serve you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
